The ONE secret that RULES your ENERGY and health

Keen to have more energy naturally to get stuff done and live life the way you want to?

Then alkalize or die – or rather feel exhausted and tired half the time. In fact, that’s the bottom line it comes down to regarding your blood pH (that’s a measure how acidic or alkaline a liquid is). Goethe was spot on that “blood is a very particular sap” as it’s the blood where the secret to good health and energy levels is to be found.

Your body needs to keep your blood pH in a narrow slightly alkaline range of pH 7.3-7.4. And it will do EVERYTHING to keep it that way as anything else is fatal.

To have more energy naturally, you need to get alkalizing minerals through the food you eat.

If this doesn’t happen, for example because you’ve been eating an acidifying diet high in refined carbohydrates, animal protein and sugar, your body will take them from somewhere else.

For example, the calcium in your bones. Not a recipe for great health and feeling fantastic if you ask me!

So how to prevent your body depleting itself to maintain a healthy blood pH?

It’s all about balance – the right balance between foods that alkalize, and foods that acidify.

What to eat more of (or less) for more energy naturally:

  1. First of all, eat more fresh vegetables. They are rich in alkalizing minerals, plus vitamins and other substances that you need to be healthy.
  2. Have fruit as a treat. Just don’t overdo it as most fruit is rich in sugar.
  3. Snack on nuts and seeds. They contain lots of healthy minerals and oils.
  4. Reduce your sugar intake. We all know that sugar is bad for health so better use stevia as a sweetener.
  5. Cut back on meat and dairy. Animal protein has an acidifying effect on the body.
  6. Avoid all processed foods. They are not just high in fat, salt and sugar but can also be full of acidifying chemical additives.

Over time, little changes like these will add up. They will help you to feel healthier and have more energy. All naturally just by giving your body what it needs!

So give it a go now and really try making those simple small tweaks to your diet.
