It’s equally important to put plenty of good stuff back in now that there’s room for it.

Eating whole fresh vegetables is a no brainer, as is drinking enough clean water. Live cultured vegetables such as sauerkraut and kimchi will get the good guys to re-colonize your gut. They will help you digest all the nice “real” foods you should be eating by now.

Last but not least, to get your bowels to move, you need to get moving, too.

Be sure to exercise regularly. Break up long periods of sitting by doing a couple of quick chores. Take the stairs not the lift.

Don’t disregard these tips just because they’re so simple. Every bit counts and will get you closer to good digestion, a flat belly and more energy.
